These are the ground rules for using this website and for how we do business. We’ve written them the way we talk: plainly. If anything here doesn’t make sense, call or text (239) 977-2010 and a person will explain it.

Who we are

Always Be Cooling is a family-owned, state-licensed HVAC contractor based at 5810 Washington St, Unit A, Naples, FL 34109. We hold Florida license CAC1820344, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and we carry insurance. You can verify our license anytime at myfloridalicense.com.

What this site is (and isn’t)

The pages on this site — service descriptions, cost guides, troubleshooting tips — are general information about air conditioning in Southwest Florida. They’re accurate to the best of our knowledge, but they are not a diagnosis of your system. A page about AC repair can tell you what a failed capacitor usually looks like; only a tech standing in front of your unit can tell you what’s actually wrong with yours. Don’t delay a needed service call because something you read online suggested a cheap fix, and don’t attempt electrical or refrigerant work yourself. That’s what our license is for.

Estimates and pricing

Any price you see on this site, hear over the phone, or receive by text is a ballpark to help you plan. A final price comes one way: after an on-site inspection, in a written quote, before we start the work. That’s our standard practice on everything from a repair to a full system replacement. The written quote is the number that counts. If we find something unexpected mid-job, we stop and talk to you before the price changes.

Scheduling and cancellations

When we book a window, we hold it for you and we show up in it. We ask the same courtesy back: if you need to cancel or move an appointment, give us as much notice as you can — a day ahead is plenty. Life happens, and we don’t nickel-and-dime people over a rescheduled maintenance visit. Repeated no-shows for booked appointments may mean we ask for confirmation before booking again. Emergency calls are different; if your AC dies at 9pm in August, just call.

Warranties

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and our workmanship carries our own guarantee. The specific terms — what’s covered, for how long, and what keeps coverage valid (like registering the equipment or keeping up with routine maintenance) — are spelled out in your written quote and job paperwork. That paperwork governs warranty claims, not the general descriptions on this site. If you think something we installed or repaired isn’t right, call us first. We’d rather fix it than argue about it.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your written quote or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on our financing and payment options page, and financing is available on qualifying jobs through third-party lenders. Financing approval and terms come from the lender, not from us.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read, link to, and share what’s on this site. The text, photos of our jobs, and branding belong to Always Be Cooling — please don’t copy them onto another site or use them to pass yourself off as us. Don’t use the site or our forms to send spam, scrape data, or do anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work on your home — that’s covered by your written quote and warranty terms. This section is about the website. The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent Florida law allows, we’re not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site, from site downtime or errors, or from third-party content we embed (like maps, review widgets, and our estimate form, each of which is governed by its provider’s own terms). Nothing here limits rights that Florida law says can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute connected to this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action belongs in the state or federal courts serving Collier County, Florida. As a licensed Florida contractor, our work itself is also subject to Florida contracting law and DBPR oversight — protections that exist for you.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Your service work is always governed by the written quote you signed, not by later edits to this page.
