Always Be Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company in Naples, Florida. We fix air conditioners; we don’t trade in your personal information. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and who else touches it.
What we collect, and why
When you request an estimate through our contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email, address, and a few details about your system or the problem you’re having. We use that information for exactly one thing: getting a tech or a quote to you. Booking a repair, scheduling an installation estimate, following up on your request — that’s it.
If you call or text (239) 977-2010, we keep a record of the conversation the way any service business does: your number, what you needed, and any job notes. That history helps us warranty our work and pick up where we left off the next time you call.
Who processes it for us
Our estimate form and scheduling run through a CRM and messaging provider (LeadConnector). When you submit the form, your information is stored on their systems on our behalf so we can respond, schedule, and send appointment reminders by text or email. They process it for us; they don’t get to use it for their own purposes.
Text messages
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we may text you back about your appointment — confirmations, arrival windows, and follow-ups on your request. We don’t send marketing blasts. Reply STOP at any time and we’ll stop texting; you can still reach us by phone.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages get read, how people find us, whether the site loads properly on phones. This data is aggregated and doesn’t tell us who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work fine.
Embedded content
A few parts of this site load content from other companies:
- Google Maps — the map showing our Naples location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
- Google review widget — the live reviews you’ll see on our reviews page come from a widget that pulls our Google reviews. It behaves like visiting the provider’s site.
- Estimate form — the form itself is embedded from our CRM provider, as described above.
Each of those companies has its own privacy policy that governs what they do with data collected through their embeds.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, share it with marketers, or pass your number to lead brokers. The only people who see your information are our team and the service providers named above who need it to do their job for us.
How long we keep it
We keep job records as long as they’re useful for warranty coverage, permits, and service history — a 15-year-old install record matters when you’re deciding on a repair versus a replacement. If you’d like your contact information removed from our system, ask and we’ll take care of it, except for records we’re required to keep for licensing, tax, or warranty reasons.
